There is plenty to play, everyone just seems so unmotivated to do everything. Theres tourneys popping up all over the place so there’s plenty to practice up for, but nobody really seems to be dedicated at all to playing and practicing, and that really doesn’t have much to do with whatever game is out imo.
“Everyone’s waiting for Super”, someone is bound to argue. But the same thing happened recently, “Everyone’s waiting for TvC” and it didn’t do anything. Hell, it’s been even more dead since TvC’s release. Whatever happened to that small tournament that was supposed to happen?
I just think that the general interest for games has died for the most part. Yeah, you’ll see SF4 get play at tilt, but the way I see it, people just play it cause it’s there and it’s something to do, since I don’t hear of anybody playing anywhere else.
fack it just spend all your money there where you can play the game for free. but if ya wanna keep it in the streets do it prove your justice as far as me, i would love to keep in the streets here and there but no dough. i believe that ppl are unmotivated is because the recession, other things that they have to take care of, alot of reasons. hey sometimes you have to push yourself for the tournaments and comp.
other than you, mackey, and eddy… none of us play xi seriously. and i don’t feel like learning another fighting game… let alone an entire franchise’s fighting engine.
hopefully when super comes out it won’t die in a couple months like sf4 did. i look forward to wrecking folks on a consistent basis.

gonna hit up the dope ass tournament in San Francisco tomorrow so can’t make it to anything tonight,technically its my first real tournament so I hope to do well.
we should all make a group trip down there and show them the hype/silliness of the Shebin-O-Shlebin. We will intimidate everyone solely by how loud we are yelling at each other!
