lol don’t mistake mark’s natural ability to be a good player and adapt with character strengths and weaknesses
apparantly, mark can exploit the weaknesses you have when using makoto and he’s using ken
fuck, if some guy saw me playing my guile/cyclops/charlie team, they’d think that the team RAPES msp, storm/sentinel, cables, spirals etc etc
just like how we ALL thought spiderman was one of the best characters in marvel vs capcom 1 cuz we were all beating the crap outta everyone with him but he turns out to be the second worst character in the game next to roll.
mark is GOOD period. maybe you should try to beat the player not the character. fuck, when i use ken against you, i still find it hard and that was wayyyy long ago
Crap, sorry I just remembered that the bridge to my workplace is closed down at lunchtime for bridge upgrades, so I can’t make it back to work in time for lunch hour games, even on that Friday I said, so don’t mind that.

I would have to agree with tao on that… even before when i played against makoto using ken… i had trouble… its about beating the player behind it… not the character…

Yeah, Mark is better than me… but in the case of Ken Vs Makoto, you have to beat the character first before oyu have a chance against the player.
i LOSE to random Kens cause they c.mp all day (they see good Kens do it, and find it to be a good tactic… i cant get in close)…
TRUST me on this one. the only thing the PLAYER has to know in a Makoto vs Ken match is how to keep Makoto on the defense… then its cake. in my case, i must find a way to beat Ken’s character advantage before i take on the player himself.
