but yeah, i lost like… 5 times in the beginning but then, i started playing much more defensively because… well… that was my last fifty cents lol but he was FINALLY the first player in richmond who actually threw… i got thrown to death cuz i wasn’t used to people throwing outside of johnny zee’s lol…

okay fine
in third strike, you must try to hit your opponent with more attacks than he does to you, but keeping in mind that the strengths of the attacks will often vary and as long as in the end, his life bar reaches zero sooner than yours does, you will win. make sure you are hit with fewer attacks or with less damaging attacks than you hit him with and that when he attacks, you can either block by holding away on the joystick, or as the attack is hitting you, press forward for something called a “parry” unique to streetfighter three. at this moment of a parry, his attack instantly goes through you for the single hit it does and you have a neutral frame advantage to him as long as his attack is still in the attack animation. take this opportunity to counterattack but keep in mind that if his attack has a second hit, it may hit you before your hit animation can fully complete itself. now, always look for patters your opponents have and exploit them to your fullest abilities while at the same time, minimize the repeated patterns you yourself may do. try to remain calm and remember, doing more damage is better, but sometimes, doing nothing can be better because you lessen the chance of being counterattacked

miguel, dudley’s past is shrowded in mystery… a friend of a friend once told me his quest is due to the fact that gill stole his favourite car… none the less, dudley is a boxer from england and as a boxer, all his attacks are punch based with no kicks. dudley is a character with strengths and weaknesses. the trick is to know when to exploit his strengths and to avoid being in a situation when his weaknesses are prevailent. now his bread and butter combo is his standing roundhouse cancelled into an uppercut and then super. his jump is also the shortest in the game and that is good for a technique called “rushdown” a tactic where you try to break your opponent’s defense using effective offensive tactics.
