Grats to hmoobpeople and kevin, and galacticphantom and balrog player (seaper? my bad, forgot name) for 1st and 2nd place in the randomized team 2v2 tourney. Special shout out to clutch vega man for being my godlike clutch partner (I will refer to you as clutch vega guy from hereon)
Iāll try to host again soon, not sure when yet but Iāll keep you guys posted. Next time Iāll probably run a $1 entry fee singles double-elim tournament, so practice up if you wanna win some BIG fight moneys (3rd place gets money back. 70/30 split of the remaining pot for 1st and 2nd).
Gotta cap it at 12 people however, as my apartment is sooo tiny:sad:. However, Iāll move stuff around to make more space than this time.

Sorry for the last minute notice, but I was thinking of running a small SSF4 tournament on Saturday, May 22rd, mainly for the purpose of creating an opportunity for people to prep for super NCR thatāll be going down in a week.
Rules:
-Entry fee will be $2, 100% goes to the pot. 70/20/10 payout. Results will be posted.
-Double Elimination bracket
-Grand finals will be 3/5 games; for everything else 2/3 rounds, 2/3 games.
-After a game: loser is OK to switch character, winner cannot (buy may switch ultra).
-BYOC
-and for any other discrepancies, the rules will basically imitate those of super NCRās.:tup:
Doors open at 5pm for casuals. Tournament will start at 7pm.
If enough people are down for a super NCR warmup tourney, Iāll host it.
Iāll need to know how many are attending so that I can prevent over-crowding on the off-chance that that becomes an issue.

Little late reply but, for my first SF session I had a great time. Thanks everyone helping out my scrubby, non-sidestepping Guy play lol. Thanks to Justin for hosting. I agree though, gotta cap the limit 'cause it was pretty crowded in there. I bet with some rearrangements to the room we can fit more consoles and people but it was maxed.
And Iām Todd, the only āGuyā there lol.
Unfortunately I wonāt be able to make this. Busy all weekend with company.
