Start Time: Doors will open for games at 11 AM

We are taking suggestions for other titles. We will probably bring other games with us, and take votes at the venue on the day of the tournaments. We are fairly open to suggestions, and will run anything if at least 8 people are willing to enter.

SCHEDULE
Casuals and Registration start at 11 AM

RULES:

All tournaments will be 2/3 Rounds, 2/3 Matches, Double elimination unless listed otherwise.
Tekken 6 will be 3/5 rounds, 2/3 Matches, Double Elimination.
Button binds will be legal for GGAC.
If you wish to change controls, do so prior to the match.
If you wish to use multi button binds for other games, it will have to be at the affirmation of your opponent.
Default button binds are exempt from this rule
Winner keeps same character, loser may select a new one
All games will be played on random stage select

T6 will be 3/5 rounds, 2/3 matches

The venue is a Bar and Coffee House. It also serves a wide variety of food, so people don’t have to leave the venue to get something to drink or eat. And if celebrating your recent victories, or drowning your sorrows over your recent ass-beatings is your pleasure, the bar is open all day and night.

Yeah, we needed to bring back the venue fee. Modest as it is at $5. The business is still planning on doing some nice catering (Something like a pancake breakfast will be available next time as well)

The date has been changed to the 17th of April. We had a scheduling conflict arise, so this needed to be pushed back. Sorry to anyone this inconveniences, but I figured there was enough time between then and now that it wouldn’t matter that much anyway.

Also, what kind of interest would there be in a Tatsunoko vs Capcom tournament? We wouldn’t have ranbats for it, it’s too late in the season, but if someone could supply the Wii and two Wii sticks, I’d be happy to host this game, as it’s been garnering a lot of attention, and they’re having it at EVO.

The 17th is an even better date for me than the 10th! Huzzah! Also, I’d be down for some TvC. Like I said in the KC thread, I can bring a Wii setup with TvC and a Wii stick. Just need someone who has a Wii stick to bring theirs.

Probably going to add TvC to the lineup. Considering MBAA. (neither will have a ranbat, at least not this season)

Pancake breakfast is a high possibility. Something like it is a 100%.

Likely we will do the Teams portions of the tournaments before the singles, just to make sure the interest is still high for them. Usually by the time we finish singles everyone is gone, or tired.

With the release of Super SFIV this month, I believe it makes the most sense to make this the season finale, and start Season 3 up fresh next month.

I will announce ranbat winners at the conclusion of this event.

As much as I am happy to see you guys consider putting Melty into your ranbat, the chances of me coming to your tournament are pretty slim. I need to save up for MWC now, since Jude and I are pretty likely to go there.

If anything changes, I’d be more than willing to come by and beat everybody up at Melty, KoF XI, KoF XII, or CvS2.

John still owes me seven more matches for my million bucks. :smokin:
