half the threads on this forum don’t need to exist. But I thought I should make it since SRK loves to tier every and anything.

uh not to put u out there but zangief is top tier in sfa3 and tiers dont change online.
He’s not considered top anymore offline, but he still is online. And this is all without anyone playing him to his real potential. Tiers do change online, though I don’t really agree with any of the supposed 3S online tiers that have been posted.
I’m saying when I’m using good connection. The delay for me is approximately a little bit more than half a second. On excellent connection, the delay is approximately 0.35. And on LAN, the delay is about 0.20.

damn i remember the last time u guys saw me play at C3 i was a big time joke back then. ill see you today at the tourney though so you can see my improvement…hopefully ill understand 3s and learn to like it as much as my main game mvc2.
