Casuals went back and forth at times with Nica getting a good edge on both of us overall. But I was happy to take a few games off Nica’s Yang with Gouki! I guess my shinning moment against him was where I won both rounds against his Urien and got a legit perfect. Sorta unfair matchup cuz of my main tho.
Did a ft5 with Opeo, my Ken vs his Dudley. Went down to the last game and last round but he edge it out. I lost focus towards the end and he remained solid.
Did a ft5 at the end with Nica, my Gouki vs his Ken. It ended up being 5-1 for him. Took the second game well but I was pretty wrecked from the bus ride earlier that day and he ran the train on me for the last three games. He was often at least a step or two ahead of me. Very refreshing beat down.
No arcade for a long time and mostly online has made my ability to deal with meeting new people and playing in strange places pretty flabby at this point.
