I remember not too long ago most people called him ‘solidly mid-tier’. Yang seems to have been rediscovered in a way. I seem to remember a few people commenting that he counters Yun well.
Still, I can’t view him as higher than Urien, or even Dudley for that matter.

there’s no way we can prove whose really top, mid or low tier… everyone has thier own opinion… but i think the more poeple who vote or think the same in thier tier list are considerable right.
