It was basically Ryu with an air back dash and a vertical rh.
I can attest to Valleās 12 being good, when he came to VA one summer and played casuals. He got me in the corner and I just couldnāt do anything to get outā¦I also had no idea how to beat 12 back then, but his Ryu did the same.
I think Iāve played him actually but Iām not sure if he used 12 or not. The name sounds familiar though. Thanks, iāll have to message him.
Itās a shame heās such a shit character, because itās possibly one of the most interesting character designs Capcomās ever come up with.

Lake Perris is a nice place. The fields are amazing and the naval base is pretty awesome looking. They might be air force but I recall the fighters had navy on the side. Maybe I just made that last part up.

Yunās gj scaling being wrong after a command grab
Seanās ball fake doesnāt seem to work ??
Chunās blush is missing
Akumaās teleport not canceling Yangās sa3 (yes I know it was intentional)
Moves on cps3 that cause slowdown donāt on oe.

The yun zenpo glitch is the biggest game changing one. Its still so crazy to me it was on ps2 also!
The lack of slowdown when Q misses sa1 makes it much harder if not impossible to punish on cps3.
