chun-li is an akuma counter, the only way to win these type of matches is to be better than your opponent, so practice more or change characters. akuma will not beat chun-li by turtling.
but as far as tricks… uh i think akuma’s toward + strong will beat an ex spinning bird kick, don’t use demon flip much 'cause low roundhouse will beat it, and never use low roundhouse when chun-li has meter. teleport or block on wakeups 'cause if you guess the rising tech wrong you will lose 60% life.

Teleporting isn’t a good idea either if she has a super.
i own chun for free now. rush her down with air fireballs into high low throw mind games. when she has meter, step the fuck away and build your own meter until max. crouch strong/jab/short beats SA2. do stupid shit only as bait [eg, obvious -> + strong to bait parry cancel demon]. never throw a fireball if she has meter. air fireball, but know your timing. she can still run through that shit. don’t jump into her, she can dash under and rape you. concentrate, turtle, win. its your only option. i know, i’ve been through it too many times.
Dudley vs. Elena
You can counter a blocked EX MGB with EX spin scythe. As far as the regular one goes, I’m not sure, but you can try low short xx scratch wheel. Jumping in with roundhouse is a good tactic to use from time to time, since you can hit the button fairly early and still have time to land and combo if it hits. If you have Brave Dance, I believe it can counter most of Dudley’s stuff, including low roundhouse and any MGB. Most important things in the match is to stay out of the corner and don’t underestimate Dudley’s reach and priority.
If the air fireball gets parried or whiff, you die. You know when you do the air fireball, you’re vulnerable when you land, right?
I don’t know what kind of options Akuma has to attack Chun-Li outside of simple footsies, or worse, the “jiggle game”. Hurricane kick gets nerfed by low fierce xx super, demon kick tricks get owned by low rh, air fireballs get jump short/strong/air thrown/supered/take your pick. The best thing Akuma can do is score a knockdown, and how is that going to happen on a Chun-Li who just sits sits sits? You need to be exceptionally tricky to get this to happen.
not necessarily dasrik. it all depends on when you throw the fireball. like i said, this is all BEFORE she has a super meter, because once she does, a good chun player will always go through it. however, doing near knee-deep jab air fireballs enable you to land and recover right when the fireball hits. this means that you are completely safe regardless if chun parries or block. akuma players who do not time their air fireballs shouldn’t throw them at all. it just becomes free meter for opp.
like i said, chun isn’t an easy match for akuma, but a good akuma player shouldn’t lose to chun players…for the most part anyway.

if anyone is wondering about a specific character vs another specific character, i suggest you consume japanese tournament footage for your answer. a lot of the rankings are based off their gameplay since matches like oro vs 12 aren’t too often played here. so yeah, look for the player with the character of your choice and enjoy, yo.

actually brave dance isn’t fast enuf to punish jab mgb or c. rh. Dud’s trip has positive frame recovery. His jab mgb is like -2.
