Yes, it’s true, there is a 3rd strike machine in Jefferson City. It’s located in slackers and to my knowledge it works. Anyway anyone that plays in Jeff let me know. I know a couple of people(including myself) that play various fighters. GGAC, 3S, Alpha 3, ST, and more for myself.
I’ll have to Amtrak that shit down and try it out sometime…GGPO is somewhat reviving my interest in this game.
