CF/Riot/Mr.Gone: Can you link Deadly Double off of Q’s Command Grab? If so, is it character specific?
General: I switched the stick in my HRAP to a LS-32-01 and all I can say is…WOW! Now don’t get me wrong, the stick was a 10 before but to quote Spinal Tap, “but this one has 11.” There was a small adjustment period between switching from Sanwa mode to Seimitsu mode but after that everything was just coming out much easier. Case in point, I can actually do Short Short Supers relatively consistently now.
I would love to go to Canada to play but it seems like a super long drive and I don’t get out of work until 5 on Fridays so I wouldn’t be able to leave early. SBO is not something I’m going to be trying out for anyways since the scheduling is too early.
Astral-Sounds like a good idea. What side of town do you live on?
Indy- You can command grab and time SA2 to hit when they come down.
indy-if your wondering if you can link deadly double RIGHT after command throw,thats a yes.but you have to use lk command grab and learn the timing.should take you like 10 minutes:lol: super easy.then you can do cool stuff after.ive expiremented,and i like doing sweep dash punch when there about to land.that timeing if dumb on certain characters! but i can get it 98 percent of the time now:woot:.you can also dash punch,mulitple resets,taunt,whatever really.there are some character specific stuff though against lights(ibuki,yun&yang,oro) so be wiery of that.is there a Q tourney or something?:lol:!its like he’s the new urien,with less gimmicks and cool stuff.basics FTW!!!hahaha!!

We should advertise it as a CPL qualifier. So that about 145 counter-strike players will show up; pay and then be forced to play streetfighter with a mouse. That will cover the rental fee.

I would love to have another tourney, and July sounds good. The problem is this:
The Evil Queen of Dark Shadows may make this difficult, if not impossible. Ever since its arrival, any and all tournament/after hour gaming sessions have been eliminated.
If we can slay the beast (or at least gain its approval), than its all good.
If I can’t convince it to let us have the tourney, then I’ll need the Master Sword to defeat it.
I can aid you in this quest. However, I lost my +3 sword of Light bringing. It really sounds like IT just needs some affection, point her my way the next time I’m at gameworks. I was thinking about calling up there anyway to inquire about renting the theatre room.
