Hey guys! I just want to know what would be a good character to go with Iron Man (B) and War Machine (A). Right now I am using Cable (A), but would there be anyone else that would do a better job? Thanks in advance!
Preppy’s boy Ian “The Crazy” teamed up WM and IM with Psylocke for a solid team; I really liked the chemistry there.
Doom and Cable both on anti-air are good.
Do I need to use both? Or just one of the two?
That all depends on how you play your WM/IM duo.
Questions to ask yourself before playing other people:
-what combos do i go for and which assist will make them easier to land?
-what strategies do i employ and which assist will strengthen it?
-what am i weak against with this duo and which character will help fill that void/lack?
Questions to ask yourself after playing other people more:
-what teams do i often lose to and how can i gain the upper-hand?
-which characters naturally have advantage over my WM/IM duo and how can i even out the playing field?
To boldly go where no man has gone before…:cybot:
edit:
on another note, it might not even be quite that level yet. when i first got my hands on an mvc2 cab in greenbriar mall here in chesapeake, va i picked IronMan-aa/Sentinel-ground/WarMachine-aa because I wanted to have a theme. Also, I wanted to sit comfortably across the screen and do as much chip damage as possible. Run in behind drones, play hi/lo, leave, chip, chip, chip; they get too close, drop warmachine-aa assist, hi/lo, leave, chip, chip, chip. I get a hit, I do a combo. I don’t get a hit, I build bar, fill the screen up with drones and lasers and smartbombs and the like. I get 2+ bars, I chip someone out of the game who has 1/4 bar or less, then bullshit with sent some until i can do it with 3 bars. etc etc etc do ur thang and eventually your game will evolve. watch vids and eat more mahvel pie. it’s um-delicious
Five posts and no one said Sent? He makes everything taste great.
:hitit: and already have. that pie wasn’t too bad either
thinking about sentinel pie:
baking sentinel pie: :bluu:
letting sentinel pie cool: :wtf:
eating sentinel pie: :encore:
eating someone else’s sentinel pie as they force-fed it to me: :annoy:
My strategy would be what you do. Go to the side and try to chip, while ready to change out. If that doesent work I go into offence and use Cables anti air to help set up a combo, but would a projectile sentinel help more?
