Whats up guys, anyway im looking to make a team for the southgate/lynwood area of so cal. I use to be part of a team in the mvc2 days and now its down to 2 players
A little bit about me. My gamertag is Joekwondo, im sort of an upper middle class umvc3 player and an average 3s player, i like regular sf4 but the patches and nerfs are just to crazy to keep up with lol. anyways ive cracked top 8 at wnf and i got 3rd place in my pool with Dios x and Chris G at scr for umvc3, my main styles are rush down and zoning mostly.
Out of all the games above i mainly play umvc3 and mvc2, i like to use anyone who rushes but i like to experiment with different styles/characters.
For 3s i use yun mostly and i love the game but im just not a tournament level player at it because i just play mvc too much but i would love to level up in 3s as well.
ssf4ae12 is becoming a pokemon of a game. every time i see it its evolved and grew a new title or year out of its ass and a truckload of nerfs and buffs that just makes me crazy so needless to say i play it the least, but maybe if there was someone to guide me through the madness i could get back into it.
One thing that hinders me the most is lack of a car, im working and saving up but still got a ways to go. i would be more then happy to pitch in for gas for any travel tho.
another thing about me is that i have a very methodical style of learning that some of my friends seem to think is to harsh, some of them just get to frustrated with my play style or characters that i use so sessions with them are usually very short, i just want to find others who can kick my ass so i can learn from it.
so if theres anyone out there just drop me a comment or msg on here, lets join forces and level up, gain diverse experience, and if nothing else have fun with it. peace
Im the SS player. The best days for me to play are Sat. nights or all day Sun. I have a dungeon also, 2 setups (360s) and i want to start having people come over most likely Sat nights. That will give me an excuse to actually play the game again cause i only play when i go over someone house. lol

I live in Compton on wilmington/131st. I play 3s, sf4ae, and umvc3. I am decent at sf4, ok at umvc3, but I enjoy playing 3s the most even though I’m terrible. Something about no xfactor or revenge meter really makes me enjoy it a lot more. I’m sure playing your yun might make me hate the game. Anyways, any sessions planned for this weekend?
