Ohchi and Nica were on the same team prior to ppl leaving before the tourney started.

i had to switch around a few players cuz others came and gone…replacements came in making ridiculous teams…but overall every team pulled there weight

I like the random teams because its more fun. SF3 is so popular, regular tournies are commonplace (heck throw your own and people will show if you advertise enough). Plus I don’t know many people and wouldn’t be able to craft a team I don’t think. Finally, it was nice to get to know my teammates and get a better repoire with the peeps I play with online.

if ppl decide to choose to bring there own teams…i guess the champion team will have to make an appearance once again lol

the only person on my team who wasnt random was Mihashi and that was just cuz she asked me to…and besides she took the responsiblity of taking the names of those of you who registered while i wasnt there so…i had to do something to pay her back…Ohchi on the other hand was random and i used an online number generator to give me the numbers and then i made the teams according to what number the player was…

come on now Tenren OCV’d our team and nearly did it again in the finals…our team wasnt as stacked as you ppl think…it did come down to the last player for most of our matches

BYOT should be different teams all the time, should be no returning teams for the sake of being different or members. Rotate people around so each time its different and interesting.

Should be one good player for each team, so the lesser skilled players get better matches with one another. When you even the playing field better more people would come and join as well.

hmm well im planning on the next team tournament to be some time next week…the only problem with byot’s is that ppl will sign up but some players might just go missing which is something i RLY hate…its hard enough to run a team tournament with players coming and going…itll be a pain in the ass to run one with entire teams not showing up…but maybe i can allow teams that have there own teammates to join then for those who show up without a team can be put on a random one…and for those who have missing teammates as well…
