MLB network is good if you live outside of your team’s market. They blackout games in your market to force you to buy cable and watch it on television.
Im upstate new york all they have is fucking Yes-men network. I dont really have a team anymore (closest thing to it would be the rockies) i just love the game i can watch anyone vs anyone

When I’m not watching the Rangers, I watch the Pirates, Braves, and West Coast teams. I like whenever the Rangers head out West so I can watch baseball instead of shitty late night talk show hosts. NL West late night games are always a good watch for me.
The Crosstown classic games in Chicago are going to be quite interesting this year…I’m supporting South Side.
Curious to see how both Chicago teams perform this year. Cubs are creating a lot of buzz but I think they are two or three years away from playoff contention

Not sure why the Cubs management would put Bryant to the minors close to opening day…
Because if he’s there for a certain amount of time, they get him for an extra year before he would be eligible for free agency otherwise.

Gonna get some games at PNC in this year. I haven’t really watched baseball since highschool watching the Indians with CC and that fat blob of “I’ll get your save but not before I put two men on base” Bob Wickman.
Now that I can get to a park in 20 minutes and the Pirates are good I’m gonna pay some attention.
Saw my first college baseball game with my family (Vanderbilt vs UGA) this weekend. Good entertainment on the weekend if you live in one of these college towns. It was interesting that they were using a 20 second pitch clock. From what I can tell, the clock only runs with nobody on the bases. I suppose if the pitcher wanted more time he could just lob it to first base or fake a sore elbow but, I can’t really see many people doing this because it would probably just mess up the pitcher’s own rhythm. I feel the clock doesn’t really ruin or improve the game a whole lot (probably because it was a high scoring game) but I might as well accept a pitch clock since it is coming to MLB pretty soon.
