c.HP cancled from a Dash now hase a more “sliding” propperty and CAN FASTER be canceld bevore 2012 you needet much more dash time to cancel it to gain the movement!!
How’s this for an an all-purpose all dive:
Slide, Press, Dash x 2 > HK Oil Dive.
Catches crouchers, backdashers AND Jumpers, if you goof it up you fly over the opponents head!

Is that true? I saw that that move moved ridiculously far, but I wasn’t positive if it was any better than AE.
Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but the weird HP slide under/crossunder glitchy thing doesnt work on every character, it only works on some characters point blank in the corner.
I was just testing on Yun, and it only worked in the corner.
I am home for the next three weeks for the holidays and won’t be able to test any of this stuff.
What characters can punish this? Bison’s slide? Must work pretty well on charge characters cause they would lose their charge.
I only use MK version against Gief, Hawk, Abel & Honda and thats only if their super close to me. or landing a nuetral jump.
I also use HK O.Dive to get out of the corner when Im getting rushed down. I use to slide, but the former is a better option then the latter.
Also let me add, I use Oil dive a hell of a lot more now. Lk as an AA is so much fun. also Its so fast that it took me by surprised when I first used it against a Deejay player as a counter to his super.
lolz, you can actually do Lv2 Focus attack on a standing opponent on block into LK Oil Dive Uncrouchable, which also catches backdashes, pretty funky!
Some new anti-air setups:
Anti air f.mp > MK Dive
Anti air f.lp > HK Dive (EX Dive can work too)
St.HP - EX Dive
Works the same on neutral jumps 
are these garantee like [ f.j.mp > f.hk/slide ], or are these ‘uncrouchable’?

Ok; This character got buffed considerably. Coming from the T.Hawk side of things I dabble with Hakan for the favorable Blanka Matchup but GOT DAMN…
Idk his complete changes but he is a lot stronger now… Hope your army is pleased. Hakan always had potential to be better than Geif. Hes not better than Geif but its a step in the right direction.
