2012-2013 NFL Discussion and Fantasy - TornadoFlame vs Travis - The rest of you are bandwagoners

i guess it was better i didnt get to watch the game, i think i would be killing someone right now if i watched the packers defense give up 150+ yards rushing to a qb…

I have to go back and check, but I’m pretty sure Alex Smith never got us 45 points in a game in all his 6 years.

poor kid is about to get dumped in the trash by peyton and ray

Unless he was playing Tecmo Bowl.

seahawks better win tomorrow

a seahawks vs niners rematch is going to be a crazy game

who did the experts pick for the atl game? and what expert picked green bay? i was under the assumption we were the under dogs in that game…0_o

i can only assume that ATL are the favorites at home. but i dont think it will be easy for them, seattle is going to be very tough competition. but after that ravens/broncos game, shit, anything can happen, maybe houston might beat new England…maybe…

only good thing to come out of today was i won my bet in the broncos/ravens game, i knew shit would have been close.

which brings me to my next point, does that game put any damper on peyton manning’s legacy? will he be the regular season champ QB but a failure in the playoffs? i didnt get to watch the game, but throwing a INT in overtime…

Not even true. One guy stated that Flacco was “very good” today and even a starter in today’s league. Ravens fans give Flacco a hard time because we know he’s capable of doing more, but he makes bonehead decisions most of the time which questions his placement among Top QB’s in the NFL. That didn’t happen today (for the most part), do you think the Ravens win that game if Flacco plays like trash? Lets not kid ourselves here.

What I don’t like is how you continually fault the Ravens for being “so wide open” instead of putting emphasis on Denver’s lack of coverage. You were so high on Peyton Manning predicting that he would shred the defense and that Flacco would have a bad game before they even played. You never stopped to think that the Denver secondary would get exposed like they were today.

Flacco wasn’t great but he took advantage of the Broncos’ secondary playing like shit, so he did his job. That last TD pass was pretty much all Rahim Moore’s fault though; how the fuck do you blow your simple job of staying back and covering that badly?

Had the matchups mixed up somehow, and that was a big if too. I would have taken either team over GB.

What are you talking about?

Denver 13/14
Baltimore 1/14
SF 7/14
GB 7/14
ATL 9/14
SEA 5/14
Pat 13/14
Houston 1/14

The advance metric guys picked Pats, Broncos, Seahawks, and was split on GB/SF.

The non advance metric guys picked Pats, Broncos, Atlanta, and was split on GB/SF.

Either way they were split on GB/SF.

Sorry couldn’t post during the game, too busy choking on Kap’s cock he was shoving down the throat of the Packers’ defense. We got raped hard. Special teams and defense fucked us again.

Maybe I should change that to “first 6 years”

I only really want to see the Seattle-Atlanta game. I’ll start to care about the Afc if the Niners make it to the super bowl, but I have to admit, that ravens broncos game made it worth moving two tvs into my living room today.

damnit internet!

You gonna pick the Ravens against asshole Tom Brady? Really?

Like, you did watch what ACTUALLY happened in today’s game, right? You think Bellicheck will stand for that shit? He may be a proven cheater but his teams are not dumb, that shit will not happen on his watch. I mean I’m all for the Pats losing, but cmon now. You know this isn’t gonna happen.

SF on the other hand, I think after today I’m not so sure the Seahawks beat them. And they’ll definitely beat Atlanta if it comes to that.

yea i agree, as much as i dont like the patriots, their head coach + tom brady is too much, they are not having no bullshit in that organization, its going to be a well played game, ravens going to have to beat them straight up, no lucky bombs happening in there…but its funny how we all talking like the texans dont even exist, they still have to play the texans, lmao.

you know what i find odd about that special teams shit, mcarthy was saying towards the end of the season that he wasnt afraid to risk cobb getting an injury, that he was going to put the best player back there for the job…he learned today! man what a shitty feeling, it really felt like green bays year, shit was aligning nicely, ah well…

 Well if we don’t win we hope they take some Patriots down with us ala Pollard style.
