First timer huh? Well his backup is on IR, soooooo ya he does well every single year why would i take a risk on Mccoy when he is as likely to get hurt as Brian Westbrook before him. For all those suckers that picked up Westbrook and could never use him in the playoffs. I do not take QB’s first round either because I am not bad. Tons of QB’s in later rounds that will put up similar numbers. This is not 50 TD tom brady year.
God my team is so high risk/high reward, it could be really good or could completely bomb. MJD is a really good RB, the only problem fantasy wise is he never gets that many tds. He always gets alot of touches until they get into the redzone. It is that Barry Sanders affect to where he gets alot of yards and very few tds.

Ya usually but the guy behind him that used to do that is ON IR NOW. That is why i took MJD that high he is going to get 20 touches and the inside 5 carries while McCoy is going to get about 10 touches and 3 catches while being more injury prone. Just playing the numbers same reason I didn’t go for Vick.

MJD has fallen off. Rashad Jennings on IR doesn’t explain why you took a worn down back. McCoy was a better choice. Hell Mendenhall was a better choice for a grinding back.
Westbrook didn’t fall off until 2009, at age 29. Exactly when he should be falling off as a RB. McCoy is 23 years old and hasn’t even hit prime yet.
Respect to no QB in the 1st round though Vick, Rodgers and Brees are all respectable choices.

MJD is a top 10 back the last few years. McCoy got hurt last year and Brian Westbrook has never finished a full season. I have no idea what you are talking about and do not see how he is a reach at 6. I always pick for consistency over high risk high reward teams. I guess we will find out though.
MJD also gets hurt a lot. I personally don’t like him anything before 10. Admittedly, I like MJD, but when you look at what he did last year, he had 7 or 8 RB1-quality games (mainly in a 6 game stretch when he scored at least 15 in every game except 1), 2 meh games of 10 points, and the rest where he did nothing (and was out for the last two games, killing a lot of his owners in the playoffs).
No Rashad Jennings hurts, because he’s now going to have to take a LOT of carries (MJD had 299 carries in 14 games, Jennings 84 in 13 games), and the Jags probably won’t use Deji Karim that much. I just don’t know if he’ll be able to have a 300+ carry season without slowing down or getting injured.

Hey mzenken, I had to edit my league settings to make the schedule right. For some reason there were byes left and right. I was looking at your playoff settings. I’m thinking we should have playoffs start in week 13 so the overall SRK title is settled in week 15 rather than 16. Is that ok?

Peterson, Forte, Jackson in a 14 team draft is impressive. Bowe falling to bench status coming off last season is really surprising as well.
