2 quick questions - is a rolling arcade monitor an easy fix and

My buddy has fallen on hard times and needs cash. He is willing to sell me his SF2 and Xmen vs SF cabs for $500 total. I feel like Im robbing him at that price, but that is how much he is asking. They are both in great shape cosmetically, but SF2 has an annoying slow roll that I hope can be easily fixed.

Sounds like a sync problem. There should be small pot controls on the back of the monitor (sometimes in the front on a daughterboard) to adjust V-Hold. Just do baby step turns on it and see if the roll goes away.
