Ok So the people of NHC have came up with a great tournament design the 1st annual East Vs West Battle! :rock: So Ive came to the conclusion that i will create this tournament to see which side of the U.S is more dominate! So if you are willing to defend your coast and you think you can hang with the best of the best BRING IT!

Ok so we are going to keep this short and sweet Considering there will be MANY people wanting to do this we are going to need to pick captains. A captain for the Big E and The Wild West…There will only be a max of 16 players per team! If a side cannot reach 16 the other side has to limit to whatever there opponents number to make it fair! SO THERE IS NO DISCREPINCY i will be picking out the 2 captains…Everyone will have to let me know which part you are on if you are on the east or west! If you are from the central and you wanna play you can let me know and i will put you on the side i think either needs you or needs a player! The captains will decide who goes first 2nd and so on. Whoever i decide the captains are doesnt mean i like you more or anything i will pick based on who i can count on deciding who goes when beacuse i cannot keep track of everything!
How this works- It will be just like the 3v3 tournament rules. Except you can duplicate characters…You Must stick to the character you pick there is no switching characters you must stick to the character you are using the WHOLE TIME YOU PLAY! the only thing you cannot use is AKUMA! The winner stays in until defeated it will be one game best of 5 rounds if you lose you are out! Now there is a catch…LOOK AT THIS- Say you are and E.Honda and are about to go up against a Chun-Li and dont think you can take her, each side gets a chance to TAKE A GUY FROM THERE TEAM TO REPLACE YOU( IF CAPTAIN SAY YES)…BUT IF HE LOSES, YOU AND THE GUY YOU CHOSE ARE BOTH ELIMINATED!!! ITS A CHANCE YOU CAN TAKE! EACH TEAM ONLY GETS 1 OF THESE PASSES SO USE IT WISELY IF YOU USE IT AT ALL! Before you end up, if you decide to use the pass, The captain must message me via PSN and tell me so i know and there can be no arguing and false eliminations! Each Captain will message me who will be going next so i can let both sides know who is going!

Everything else will be the same. There will be a West Side Chat Room and an East Coast Chat Room so no one knows who will be playing first and so on and so fourth. Who ever the first 16 people are that sign up will be in the Tournament and i will pick the captain from the people signed up.
