I remember it as a gaming/anime forum. There was a time when SRK GDers were going there and vice-versa…and it was kind of a big deal, I guess.
I remember getting into a flame war right from my first post because some of the members hated my 3rd person speech. They just would not accept it as a form of communication. I really enjoyed that flame war because it was me against about a dozen people and their hangers-ons. Those types of wars give me a chance to really manipulate and divide my opponents: watching them turn on each other and dwindle in number was really…satisfying.
Anyway, I didn’t stay for long. To me, back then Gaia was SRK without the edge. Now, I dont know what the hell it is
