Yes, if under 33% won’t get scaled back up. Except DHCs, damage scaling in SG works that way.

Car change does help Double a lot, and she’s still really in trouble if you get blocked. I did the meter glitch with Cat Heads and you can only get back like, 1/4 bar max now. Zero meter seems very harsh after playing with it for this long, is the thing.

Para’s Lv3, I can’t decide. Currently they stop shooting when she cancels it, which allows you to combo off the last hit if close, but also allows you to cancel it before they shoot anything and throw instead…but it’d be “what you expect” if they kept shooting, so you could move in and continue or tag or whatever. I’m gonna try it both ways.

Oh, these’ll be making it into the patch, yes. I didn’t add them to the notes yet because they aren’t done. And there’s ooooonnnneeee more thing I want to try.

I’m confused. So are you adding them to the current patch(thought it was done, but if not its all good) or to a different patch(data based instead of executable)?

Will that older patched version be at FinalRoundBats again this month, or was that a one time deal? I’ll be in the neighborhood for that and wouldn’t mind sinking the ol’ teeth into it.

So, how the Peacock bomb change works, does that just mean she can throw them out faster or that she can have multiple of the same bomb out at the same time?

I think it’s one into the other. if she could have multiple of the same bomb, you’d end up with an infinite army of georges just waddling across the screen making the floor untouchable.

And mike, these changes sound silly and awesome, and a million times yes to acting after a scalpel toss. Wait, can you now go straight from scalpel into flatline while in the air?

soo the car change… does that mean it crosses up if they make it appear from behind or do you block it normally still? used to love making chip out cars whiff with diamond dynamo invincibility but that would be super hard to do if they can make it cross up.
