Hope that the Xbox patch comes out soon. MS sure knows how to make people hurry up and wait with their patch approval/distribution process.
I never saw a delay like this on Xbox Live, only with new games or problems with payment but this is not the case.

I have an idea to release the patch faster on Xbox Live and for the release of the DLC colours.
Release the colours in both consoles at the same time, then people will buy the colours on Xbox Live and they will notice they cant use them, they will complain against Microsoft but Microsoft cant say to the developer/publisher “FIX THIS ASAP” because this issue is their problem.
If this doesnt work at least the PSN users can enjoy the colours and Lab Zero can get funds.
This has bad idea written all over it.
I imagine Microsoft would not be happy with any developer who deliberately released content that would not work with existing software. I would be extremely shocked if that was not covered in their terms of service.

And who cares if Microsoft its not happy? its their fault, I care for users and developers and right now Microsoft is hurting them, even the PS3 players.
If Microsoft punish them I prefer dont work with them anymore like other developers did.
Well, i really think that Zero Labs must have “good terms” with M$, expand the SG scene in both consoles its the best way, like Mike explain in past posts, M$ its a big coorporative.
