Try using USPS Priority. UPS can get a little pricy, especially with bigger items. Handling rates have been stripped as of this second, but that’s the straight up UPS rate for shipping. Try it again now.

Is the controller adapter that you can add for ten bucks the pelican ps2 to ps3 one?

Not helping. Priority is $49 vs the $45 for UPS Ground. Neither of those are straight up shipping rates, thats for damn sure; that’s one hell of a ‘handling fee’ you got there.
