I literally hear about a different shooting happening from either every week to every other week anymore. I heard about 3 different ones on my local news alone today. 2 of them were at schools and one was at a factory. If shootings are at a low then you could have fooled me.

Watch the person who did this, stole the gun, and committed this act. The gun people are gonna go HAM, like, “See, youre blaming us, but he don stole da gun from someone. Wut dat gat to do wit us”. Its not likely this person did that. Probably recently bought it, or got it from a family member.

I would say you cant blame the site, because the santa barbara shooter did a youtube manifesto, and you cant blame youtube for that. But 4chans user base is also different. Its use to trolling, and being all around the wild wild west in certain parts of the board, so to egg dude on to do this, likely thinking its fake anyways, isnt exactly the most abnormal thing to see on that site on any given day. Its actually far from the most abnormal shit you can see on that site in certain sections on any given day.
From what I heard, he had two or three pistols, and a rifle, nothing that crazy. Hard to make laws against rifles and handguns, that would be useful.
I dislike your gun culture (everybody in America seems ready for somebody else to shoot them), but if a nutjob wants to kill people, he’ll find a way. Can’t get guns? They’ll make homemade bombs. They’ll use knives. They’ll find a way.
