the title pretty much sums it up. Anyone know why they happen? it seems to me that only certain characters get this but I may be wrong. I’ve never gotten it with strider but that doesnt mean its never happened. It seems that cable, psy and storm seem to get the most 1 hit flying screen to occur. Cable gets it more than psy and storm combined and I can’t figure out why.
I dont know if this old news but 1st player corner is broken. Theres particular combos that can be pulled off in that corner that aren’t possible in the 2p corner. This has been tested but would that also mean that random things can also happen in that corner? hmmm… Weird… but thats marvel yo
i find that it happens most on opponent come in, after killing a snapped out character and you continue to attack the point character or sometimes if opponents assist is on the screen and you still only hit the point character.
It has to do with DHC’ing you can make funny FSD’s if you know how to use that ‘bug’. For instance if you had dhc’d cable out and brought him and you could do something like
Timeflip–> wave dash ahead of the guy have him SJ then you SJ and do HP into the last Timeflip gunshot then keep walking forward and FSD.
hmm I’ll have to test that next time I got some help. Is that the only time it can happen? does this apply all characters?
the other nite my friend did sj gun (with cable) bullet hit and it gave him FS. After the bullet, hit he immediately did AHVB and the AHVB gave him FS too. Then the game kinda broke after that and he got a half screen dash after the FS because the screen could’nt keep up with cable.
