I think the point of making forum posts/criticism is gone now… file your paypal claims and see what happens cause this is not gonna go anywhere. You guys collectively trusted a guy with a track record of less than a year here with hundreds (possibly over 1k?) of dollars all at once and when the orders piled up he got overwhelmed. That’s not an excuse for him, but my point is that a bad situation with a predictable ending was created, and now he is not going to honor his end of the bargain; Try to get SRK admins involved and take other routes to getting your money back at this point.
It’s instances like this where I like how they handle things over at neo-geo.com, they actively police their trading forum and use any and all means they have to prevent people from being ripped off.
I don’t get it. He came back and was extremely convincing in telling us he’d ship them. Why would he do that? If he was not planning to send this stuff, he would have just ignored the thread…it’s like he has multiple personality disorder or something…

Very convincing I thought for the longest time that shit just happens and his justified excuses were legit but that’s all they are excuses.
I’d have to go to work at 4:00 in the morning and be up the night before helping this dude get his sticks put together and tested till like 11-12, gave him a soldering iron, solder , wires , pcb’s, wire strippers, ties, food, soldered stuff for him(tell him to fasten the pcb and hot glue but he’s to lazy) since he couldn’t and before I knew him I bought a box that’s nonfunctional he said he’d fix 4 months ago still fucked up and gave him extra money just to help start his business that he fucked up instantly. Any help I’ve ever asked from him he doesn’t have time.
Maybe more phone calls, I’ve been trying plus I could give everybody his work number bring that crap to his work maybe he’ll send or give his refunds when his boss gets pissed at all the calls for him?

Jesus. That literally doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. If I finally sent some items, I’d surely post about it and give tracking numbers to start calming people down.
Just got my stick, and it works great. Definitely happy with my purchase overall, although some more communication would have been nice. Either way, I got it and I love it. :tup:
