I find it easiest to do…

df+lp

mk or hk

All the light attacks need to be at chain speed. The last attack input (mk/hk) needs to be 2 or 3 frames after the lk. Give that a go, It’s pretty simple.

Of course for EX command throw, use st.lk~mk+hk
