Oh yeah, I have e-mails still from there and before easily. I never deleted/cleared out my inbox so I still have e-mails from like, high school girlfriends, lol.
You just reminded me I have a archived folder, first email contains a movie script I wrote sent out to my “actors” dated March 2001 
Mine’s just over 15 years old.
Way back in the 90’s, I had a ThunderCats fansite on Tripod (ThunderCats Ho!, later Bengali’s ThunderCats Page, and still later ThunderCats Revival), back when the show was being run on Toonami. I can’t tell exactly when I first registered it, but the oldest file on the server dates back to July 5, 1997, so my account is at least that old.

I use to have emails from as far back as 1998 in my yahoo, but ocassionally I would get OCD and clean up my entire inbox. Sucks. I don’t have anything older than 2005 at this point. I decided to keep my stuff archived since 2005 in my yahoo account. I rarely use my yahoo anymore. I think I use to clean out my yahoo because they had a quota on how much space you can use. I think it was originally something like 200 megs when I started, then it was 2 GB around 2005 (when I got yahoo plus). In either case, I didn’t make heavy use of my email before 2002 or so.
I think the oldest public post I have was my 2 post on Programmer’s Heaven, which was made in 2001. I wish I had older public info though. I admire Cudio for having stuff from as far back as 1997! That’s awesome.
I remember I made some drawings and animations and uploaded them to my page in Geocities around 98-99. Lost backup copies after so many hard drive failures and PC changes. Then Geocities ceased to exist. Those creations are sunk forever in the internet ocean!

Here since 2003 created an account on Feb 12, 2003, day after CVS2 EO came out on Xbox and wanted to find out if there was some way to use my Dreamcast stick on the Xbox. Lost track of the old account though so started another one in 2005 Used a Saturn pad on the Magic Box.
Had a crappy Yahoo account in 2000. Next would be my Gmail account, when you had to get invited to get in. Earliest e-mail is from 05/04/2005. Oh look. I have music on here I can DL. Totally forgot about Cooper Temple Clause.
