lol yeah its pretty much a mindfucker if you can get away with it. another one that i do versus exclusively people that i can easily beat is: opponent in corner, they jump forward, chun walks under and does D/F +hk… do it early so that you dont get thrown out of beginning animations when they land… usually will hit cause there scared and then you can transfer to ex legs >ultra… so yeah thats another dirty ass trick. shenanigans galore!

or
f. throw immediately followed up with whiffed HK hsu, into throw.

Walk up > whiff throw > EX legs.

I tend to FADC into an Instant Stomp to be really gimmicky.

I love to purposely lose a couple fireball exchanges while I have a full revenge meter.

  • Stop with a kikouken
  • Miss with a kikouken
  • Whiff on the command for kikouken and take a fireball to the face
  • ULTRA

It has led to more than a few nasty messages afterward, though.

You say this like its a bad thing.

How do you pull of the “acting” on a stunt like this? If you take a fireball to the face, you don’t have the time to charge again to immediately come out with ultra when they throw another fireball. Unless they are seriously throwing fireball after fireball on your charging Chun with ultra…in which case there is no need to “act”. I’m just curious. This seems like a good technique in the right situation.

whiff df+LK then buffer EX legs or go into hasanshu afterwards - going into hasanshu after df+LK is so awkward and confusing as shit and looks cool.

Charge kikouken/ultra, but throw out a jab when the fireball gets close so it looks like you stopped charging and messed up on a kikouken.

well my dirty trick on rufus is cr. fp i use it on his wake up i use it on his dive kicks and from ther i just combo legs off of it also i go out of tornado range and when he does it as soo as hiis palm is out i ultra for luls. also i like instant stomps always fun to incorperate

for jab/uppercut/throw mashers… forward throw them, dash up twice and walk real close, jump over them so their uppercut still goes the wrong way, then d/f hk. it’s fun to watch them whiff random lights and throws while you jump over them twice.

for non Shoto I use C.hp to LK Hazanshu it works like a charm.

  1. Bait all wake up moves every single time theyre on the ground(Focus attack), then theyll never know when youll actually hit them with it.

  2. When you throw someone, walk up to them and throw again, the third time walk half way up, then walk away then dash and throw when they get up. make it look like youre gonna do that again, but crouch fierce kick em. Youd be surprised how often this works, even against really good players.

  3. when I fight abel players, I just neutral jump/fierce kick next to them on wake up and then bnb. works like a charm.

  4. When you whiff a bnb in the corner, do te ultra anyway because most of the time people are only focused on offense. this only works on really aggressive people though, so i try to feel the match out a bit before this.

Wake up games againts Vega(Claw) players is a guilty pleasure for me.

Rinse and repeat in any order. Seriously it’s almost not fair.
You run into a few smarter ones but man it’s soooo rare.

df.HK multiple times in a row, although it doesn’t really work…

or df.HK > s.LP > tick throw

when your health is low, GO FOR THE THROW!!!

here is df.rh Dae did on me couple of times and got me confused lol
basically if your opponent jump over you follow him with df.rh he will land behind you meanwhile you will be in air flipping behind him again >.<

sometimes in midrange if you throw a kikouken people jump forward over it, you can walk forward and df.rh to catch them offgaurd
