I was facing an akuma player as Cammy in a ranked match and right from the get go he seemed to be in another league then me, he absolutely destroyed me one game, yet then the next I managed to barely win with a tick of health. I barely managed to win again before he absolutely destroyed me again. In the final round he got me within a tick of my health, he had a huge amount of health left, I managed to do a little chip damage with a few safe cannon drill pokes then, inspite of the fact he’d been dragon punching my every jump in perfectly all game I tried for a hooligan throw… and landed it! Although normally it wouldn’t have been enough damage to finish an opponent with that much health I’m guessing the fact akuma takes more damage applies to throws too plus I probably got a little help from the random number generator that decides how much damage is done as I did exactly enough to kill him and steal the match.
That was already pretty sweet, I felt like a stole a win from some one stronger then me but then not more then 2 matches later I’m paired up with him again, again he’s akuma I’m Cammy. We both change things up a little but things still play out the same way, he Completely obliterates me, I barely win one, he completely obliterates me again. So now I’m down 2-1 and again he gets me down to a tick of health and he’s got a huge chunk, so I go for it again, my first hooligan throw of this match, and again it lands, and again it deals JUST enough to finish him off and force a game 5. So here we go again, again he gets me to being a tick away from death and the feelings of dejavu are clearly being felt on both sides… only this time I don’t hooligan, I just keep drilling, using spinning back fist, and using normals, but those same attacks that were previously always getting blocked (and occasionally punished) are landing! He keeps trying to anti-air on reaction to everything I’m doing, in the end i finish him with a standing forward, and stare in amazement as I some how came back to win in yet another match when reduced to only a tick of health.
I don’t know if I got better when I was cornered at a tick of health, or he just chocked when he was close to finishing me, all I know is it felt like I should have lost both of those matches badly, yet in the end I won both. The fact I won the final round pretty much because he seemed to be terrified of hooligan throw stealing another win, inspite of hte fact I’d hooligan thrown only twice in the 9 previous rounds we had, was probably the biggest OMG moment for me though.
My best OMG moment was when, as Honda vs Zangief, I did a fullscreen fierce headbutt against Zangief, and just as I was about to hit…

… Zangief SPD’ed me out of the headbutt for the win!
That was totally insane.
My friend tried to Blanka super me, and since I’m a scrub I tried to super against him (I’m Ryu) and when he rolls at me I accidentally throw him outta the super.
Shit was hype.
