I will be using Bison since I love the character but that walkspeed is hard for me to digest ;(. Two other characters am interested in is Rashid and Fang. I am also interested in Chun li because she seems like a complete character and very strong overall.
Ryu and Chun for when the game comes out. Once Balrog and Juri come out then I’m a switch off to my main Juri and secondaries Balrog, E.Ryu(hopefully), and Ryu/Chun if I ever get good with them. Alex interest me too actually.
Should play Chunners on the side.

Though never know who you’ll main after you put some serious time into the game, those 3 are most interesting to me thus far. With dlc characters, I’m hype for rog/urien/guile, give us more charge characters capcom!

For the dlcs i am looking forward to try alex, urien and boxer.
Just FANG and Bison. Been playing Bison for over 20 years, I’m not going to leave him behind altogether when his SFV iteration is that cool looking. Generally though I don’t play very many characters other than to learn match-ups for my main; it’s usually been Bison & Guile, so I’ll probably also mess with Guile when he shows up as DLC.

I didn’t feel like I had enough time in the beta to really gel with anybody in particular.
Leaning towards Chun, but that’s subject to change at any time.

At the beginning of the beta Nash definitely, then i started leaning towards birdie(i have some weird concept of trapping people in the corner with a banana and zoning them out while keeping them there with birdie) I also kind of liked how i think ken might be played. But for some reason i am itchin to see how balrog will be in this game.
I really hope they bring Fei back with his SF2 walk animation, Cody, Sakura, Dudley, Sagat and definitely Yang with His Seie-Enbu.
As far as the characters we already know will be in the game:
Main: Karin
Sub: Cammy
Pocket: Any of the female characters aside from Laura
Fingers still crossed for the eventually Sakura though. She’s the only character that could overthrow Karin as a main.
