O.G. is when you’ve come to a decision on a new pair of glasses simply because the brand name is “Versus” (true story…they’re coming in this week or early next)
I dunno about anywhere else, but I coined the term “mexican uppercut” (in my area) during the CE days in NorCal when I noticed that the mexicans in the area couldn’t do DP’s. The always used c.HP with Ryu/Ken. Thus, when you jumped in and got c.HP’ed clean, you got mexican uppercutted.
The term came to mean different things to different people, and I’m sure that other people came up with it as well in their own areas.

I,m going to say this one for all of the OG’s out there: you know you og when you played ST1 only using the j DP and beat the game like it wasn’t shit. also you know your OG when you could walk into any arcade within a 2 mile radius and here these words: “please don’t play me i,m not that good” or my personal fav the arcade owner telling you had to leave because your scaring away his costumers.

I’m 20 so I’m definitely not og but my friend who introduced me to sf2 is I remember we had a ce cab in the laundromat adjacent to our apartment and I only played once or twice because I was always on the avengers cab. When my friend got sf2 on snes he was so eager to apply everything the asian kids on our block taught him and use me as his training dummy lol.
He told me falling on the boxes did extra damage and I believed him.
I remember the first time I saw Street Fighter, I had to use a stool to play because I was too small to reach comfortably over the control panel. CE cab, and I think it was like around 93’ at the time… good memories. 
edit: I guess that makes me… what, 2nd generation? NG rather than OG, hahah.
I played SSF2T on my Sega Genesis til I had blister’s on my thumb, and I’d wake up every morning and play SFA on my Sega Saturn til I had to got to school (my 6th grade year), I have Charlie’s stage song from SFA1-2 on my mp3 player and a couple other’s

I’m sure it’s just Capcom confusing you, but ST was never on Genesis. You are probably thinking of Hyper Fighting, or the Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers. Most likely HF, a lot of us got blisters from that on SNES and Genesis.
Correct…ST was not on Genesis, it was SSF…If your grandmother beat your ass for cursing every time sagat hit you with a tiger uppercut, or a psychic tiger shot(yes this happened to me…:sad:)…You might be OG.
