Oh I see. What is your usual follow up after the Kobun finishes? Do you still get multiple loops?? I rarely ever have to go from Tron to Doom so I didn’t work too much at it other than Day 1 stuff when you first discovered it… thanks for the tip!

hit stun deterioration are the same as far as I could tell. I would get around 809k from just the tron bnb DHC to doom combo and i got around 820k+ from the King Kobun alternative. I use KK because it’s easier and I don’t need to stress on doing my dash> st.m as fast as needed, I have time to get situated.
Personally I run Spencer (Slant Grapple)/Taskmaster (HA)/Dr.Doom(HM)
This gives me a DHC Glitch set up and hidden missles can be used to extend combos for both spencer and taskmaster.
I have also been experimenting with setups involving Wesker as Samurai Edge can give some wicked unblockable setups to start Doom’s B&B.
Ok, so I know someone has already brought thhis team up, but that was towards the beginning of this game’s release so I’m hoping for better information than then.
What are your thoughts on Doom/Storm/Dormammu? I like this team, but I’m not sure of they necessarily work greatly together. I also need help with what order to run them in and which assists to use. Any help is greatly appreciated.
The team I’m running is Doom/Ammy/Phoenix. I want to get rid of phoenix what other anchors can I use with this team? Or if there’s a better team where Doom is anchor that’d be awesome. (I don’t want to use haggar I don’t like him as a character).
You could also run doom second and do the DHC glitch as well, I’m not sure who you’re mroe comfortable with as anchor… just sayin. I like that team though.
You have safe DHC’s from each character it looks like, thats really good. although I would switch Storm and Doom, I would say your order right there looks fine,. You’ll be able to TAC to storm, then DHC glitch back to Doom. The only reason I didn’t keep with storm is because her assists arent too good with doom to extend combos, but she isn’t a bad character. I take it you use dormammu on his black hole assist? That’s probably your best choice to help with doom’s combos. team looks solid.
I’ve used Doom/ammy/tron and it has worked out pretty well. I like having a strong assist for ammy to help her get in. Doom(missiles)/Ammy/Task(horizontal arrows) is also pretty good imo.
I don’t think Taskmaster is that great of an anchor, but his theme song is perfect for it.
I think he’s pretty good. full screen supers and any super simple combo in xf3 kills anything. he doesn’t have a teleport or anything but his rushdown is pretty good…
for doom/storm/dormammu i feel like that team is heavily meter reliant, but if you do extended combos with doom and storm they should be self sufficient batteries, especially if you go for TACs.

I actually have also been messing around with modok. He has more potential imo than arthur, but damn arthur has that " oh shit i just lost to ARTHUR"
alt team at the moment is Doom / Iron Man / Chun. iron man and chun are ridic hard to use and not worth the effort lol but they make some ok assists for doom when I dont feel like playing haggar and tron. beam to lock them in place while you foot dive, chun to lock them down once youre in, etc…
I know DimeX uses a team of like Arthur/Doom/Iron Man or some order of that and says he likes it a lot. You could ask him about it.
Dormammu
i’ve been running with C.Viper (tk), Magento (EM) & Doom (missiles), teams pretty solid so far. anyone have opinions on this team?

New to doom, here’s a rough 3 in 1 reset option I have worked on in the corner. It’s probably some old tech, if possible… may I have input on how to make it better?
- First option is a simple throw reset covered by tatsu.
- Second option is a empty jump, if they try to tech… the theory is they will get hit from tatsu while Doom is too far to be grabbed.
- Third option is a left/right crossup using f.H divekick to go underneath the opponent. It’s similar to Zero’s command dash/assist mixups.
I haven’t explored my options for forward techs yet, but I’m trying to get a simple, yet effective corner reset option going. Do you guys see any holes? Are the options obvious? I have not tested on humans yet. Thanks for hearing me out

right off the bat I would either say Spencer or Dormammu.
