With all the projectile spam characters in this game, they may as well just make it like a touhou fighter
All concerns aside, Arthur seem very unique and very annoying for the opponent. They’d BETTER not lack dicipline.

I think right now the only way he loses his normal armor is by going gold then losing that. Seth went into a lot of ways they have experimented with it but they were alternate ways they are thinking about, not all will apply.
I’m so damn hyped about this guy.
Arthur/Amaterasu/Doom is calling my name. Seems like both Ammy’s bead-shot assist and Doom rocks will help Arthur keep people on lockdown.

And I personally think Arthur from what we’ve seen is definitely a broken character. His zoning options are just too good. His projectiles are spammable, and especially with Gold Armor basically can do whatever you want, and they start combos. While he has kinda low mobility and below average health, he’s a small target, and he also combos into his Hypers really easily, and his normals have pretty good range.
I’d totally main this character, especially since I love the GnG series.

With Arthur and Amaterasu’s low vitality, it would be too much for any scrub to handle.
I’m actually really excited for Arthur. He seems like he’ll be on quite a few “scrubby” teams though, since he has so many projectiles. And you know scrubs, the love their projectiles. Imho he seems like he’ll be the “easy to pick up, hard to master” kind of character though. /shrug

What are the properties of his regular armor/gold armor? Does he get defense boost, speed boost, or more damage? Does it just change his attack properties?
Just wondering, because maybe it could be beneficial to use his gold armor super, then DHC or switch him out to keep the buffs from his gold armor.

EDIT: Found one. Chindogg hasn’t been editing. It looks like gold armor makes his attacks alot faster and hit hurts just a bit more than the regular armor. Basically, you would want to stay in gold armor as long as you can so you can zone people like Dante out. And if the Jugg glitch was back for Arthur, I would absolutely play him.
