I was hoping that Arc wouldn’t go down the same road as Namco and show blatant bias towards certain characters but it seems almost everybody is going to ride Sol’s cock for the rest of the series.
It was bad enough that the developers forgot the series has more than 3 characters besides Sol, Ky, and Anji in Slash.

As for robo ky being removed, I wouldnt worry remember the last kof(at least I think i twas last kof), iori wasnt even in the first few beta tests. So whatever, maybe there just reworking him. Hopefully giving him some more lazers… And acctualy makeing his sword do something instead of just being… there…

The thing which annoys me is (not really Arc’s fault) is that this game will never see the light of day in western arcades, which is pretty much the reason why I didn’t bother with Slash.

oh GOD not ANOTHER Guilty Gear. I personally bowed out of the series with the original XX, and came back for a brief stint with Slash and the same disgust just came back as I was playing it. Lets see, we have:
Guilty Gear X2
Guilty Gear X2 #Reload
Guilty Gear X2 Slash
Guilty Gear Isuka
how many versions of the same game (and coming out pretty quickly between each other btw) are we going to see? Even though they claim this is gonna be a new engine, no doubt its gonna be a revamp of X2 Slash with a reworked engine. If they haven’t gotten it right by Slash then they won’t get it right.
Virtua Fighter 4 required only ONE revision before the jump to 5 (final tuned just turned up missing in the US) and Tekken needed only one revision (before the new PS3 version that is)
What’s next? Six versions of SF2? Five versions of SF Alpha? The horror.

Although oddly the logo has X2 in it…Someone posted it on DL before everything got erased. It sounds like it’s gonna be a bigger change than from #R to /.
Meh, I don’t think they are gonna nerf Ky and Anji to oblivion, like back what they were. I can see Ky remaining in the upper half. Of course I base this on nothing.
