dudley got qlot of buffa. s.hk got its hitstun back. u can aerial l2 focus into rolling thunder, ssb has lower body hurtbox reduction, AND a crossup, AND MORE!! stay tubed on the dev blog

also the rose is fadc now apparently.

Crossup is nice though, will have to see how that plays out. Overall, slightly disappointed with changes.

I just hope that air jab cross up is going to give enough frame advantage to continue into another combo… most jab and short attacks leave very little frames to work with…

that U1 connecting fully on aerial makes me wonder.would it be possible to juggle with it now? i swear, the day that ultra gets reliable ways to combo into it, i’mnever using U2 again.

They’re not THAT amazing. The best buff is on SSB and it STILL doesn’t break armour.

I think being able to focus cancel the rose means there is a good chance that it will help put thepressure on like in 3S. SSB, the potential crossup and the rose seem like big buffs should they function the way we all hope. I think they mean jump short crosses up and not jab though since that already crosses up inconsistently on a few characters.

Dudley’s standing Hard Kick is now +7 on counter-hit. The blog notes that if you land a counter-hit standing Hard Kick and cancel into Light Ducking, you’ll still be at +4.

• Dudley’s neutral jump Light Punch got a hitbox size buff.

Neutral Jump Hard Punch startup changed to 6 frames, and the hitbox was extended in size.

Angled jumping Light and Medium Punch have had their active times lengthened.

Dudley’s Level 1 Focus Attack has an extra frame of blockstun, when it’s guarded. This means that if you dash forward after a Level 1 Focus Attack is guarded, Dudley is now at -3.

• Short Swing Blow has had its hurtbox on Dudley’s lower body reduced.

• EX Thunderbolt does not flash yellow until it comes down from the sky.

**• You can now Super Cancel Dudley’s rose toss taunt. **This also means that you can FADC it.
