When I go online, I feel like I’m a complete scrub all over again. It infuriates me, lol.
You have to completely change your play style from offline to online.
Links are harder of course. Counter poking is less consistent.
If your not careful bad habits will occur from it.
The only one worth using is crouching short xx standing forward, and that’s only to break armor/catch back dashes on wakeup.
Playing online effectively is really hard for Dudley since he’s a character that relies heavily on having good reactions.

Ive said it before and I’ll say it again…playing online and playing offline is almost like playing two different games.
I really wish dudley had some better wakeup options. I get tired of having to block or tech a throw when I get up. I think thats my only real complaint about him. Well, aside from ssb being usless.

I need to start using target combos, I don’t use them at all. What are good ones and what situations do i use them in?
c.lp > s.mk
And that is an oki option because if they back dash they’ll get hit. But even that can be risky.
I only use target combos for recreational purposes.
Jab, Strong, Forward, MP MGB.
JabxStrong, Jab, other stuff.
Empty crossup, low jabxlow forwardxlight uppercut, Fierce uppercut.
Short, Forward, Strong, FiercexSuper.
None of these combos are “good” but it does help you learn something while playing noobs.
This. c.lk xx s.mk xx lp Jet Upper is a great oki tool.
If they block high, you get a nice combo that you can end with hp/EX Jet Upper, lp MGB, or Ultra 2. If they try to pull some bullshit, the c.lk will stuff a lot of… stuff. If they backdash, they get hit with lp Jet Upper. Quick armor break.
The rest of the target combos are as dead to me as Short Swing Blow. Well, I do the “Marn” (f.mk -> s.lp xx s.mp -> s.lp -> s.hk xx EX MGB) which has a target combo in it.
vs rose I use f.MK, s.MK, s.HP to OS Back dashes
Been playing Endless Battle a lot vs people who know what they’re doing. I’m enjoying myself and getting some good experience.
And what if they block low?
The target combo’s easy to hit confirm off of so just do LP mgb if its blocked.

From the looks of this forum, Dudley is rather high up there.
c.lk xx c.mp xx c.hp beats Honda’s guantanomo bay. The c.lk will whiff, c.mp won’t come out and the c.hp will come out instead, beating Honda out on his descent.
f.mk xx st.mk xx st.fierce is an okay armour breaker and does nice damage. Comparable to Ryu’s f.fierce but less damage potential.
Best target combo though is cr.lk cr.mk. Special cancellable mk makes it awesome. Cancel into lp.mgb for pseudo Bison scissor strings.

It is? Didn’t Seth or someone challenge Justin Wong to that and he couldn’t hit confirm with it consistently? Ah well, beyond my skills anyway 
Isn’t it just better to scrap the TCs? c.lk xx s.mk can be replaced by c.lk > c.lp > s.hk xx whatever. only use for c.lk xx s.mk is for OS with s.hp
