Hey folks, I have a question about a weird glitch that I encountered yesterday. I was fighting apocalypse using rogue, and I was using a bit of a bizarre tactic, where I would jump up, start hitting apoc’s face, then, as soon as he lifted his hand, or opened up his shoulder guns, I did a roundhouse power drain XX air dash, for a really long air dash. Anyway, after doing this a couple times, the shadows following Rogue from the power drain didn’t go away, so I was just walking around with these shadows. It lasted a few seconds, I’m not sure if it just wore off, or if I somehow ended it, but I’d just like to know if anyone is aware of the cause of this bizarre occurrence.

Sup… i know of a glitch like that but with a completely different setup…its in Shiro and I’s upcoming vid… anyway really nice find, too bad you forgot exactly what caused it.
About the shadows, they last about 5 seconds give or take a few and just wear off on their own.

Who is editing the video? Looking at SNH1 and 2, a lot of what made that video so dope was the music and the editing. With your guys dope combos + superior editing = best xvSf vid ever.

Hey ToXY and Shiro, I was just looking at the second trailer for infinite dreams (Looks great, by the way), and that Dhalsim notg caught my eye. Is that just:
(c.LK ^ j.LP j.dn.MK j.HK)xn
then jab, grab, etc.? Or do you cancel the crouching kick into a super jump?
This is all very exciting, I’ve been working on some interesting Dhalsim combos. Anyway, thanks for your help

yeah its c.lk /\ j.lp > j.mk drill > j.hk… and i used c.mp into throw, but you can also use s.lp or c.lp if you like also

Thanks ToXY, I usually use a standing jab to grab with his air combos, mainly just wondering if it was a regular jump or a super jump cancel. I’ll try that combo out tonight!

Wow, that notg part is hard to time! I’ve only been able to get a maximum of 3 repetitions thus far. And using a crouching MP actually seems to work better for linking in a grab. Anyway, if you have any tips on how to time it a little more consistently, or if there is a trick to it, I’d be interested in knowing. Thanks again for all your help on this. I can’t wait to try it out on a human opponent.
