It’s kinda like 98. Gotta cut short to get hit reset or if you use point blank cl.C or cl.D, omit df.C then you get a D Power Dunk after B Power Charge. At least you get the hard knockdown and safe jump set up; and if back turned, some weird KOFXIII cross ups if you’re good. I’m fine with that and corner shit should still be good and get me oki, that is if I were able to play the game. From what I hear from Sparkster is that the top tiers are pretty much defined by lengthier, safer hit confirms and large juggle/damage output. I think I’d be fine with the way he is now as long as he doesn’t get nerfed any further. Also I think he has a j.D instant overhead on the whole cast, unlike in 98 where it only worked on medium height crouchers and higher. That’s hot shit.
You can always get Power Dunk if you only do one Power Charge regardless of confirm, but other than that you’re kinda boned. You can go for run up A Rising Tackle if you want to, but there’s not much point to it. I’m just kinda sad he lost just about all of his corner carry stuff, which I suppose honestly he doesn’t deserve, but at the same time why would you give him fucking 97 Power Charge loops if you didn’t want him to corner carry? I would rather have one Power Charge that I can follow up with Crack Shoot than be able to do 4 Power Charges for no reason.

You have to earn an activation code, they don’t just hand them out.

Well I figured out the source of my super issue. Xpadder.
Whenever I use it, it seems to lock me out of some moves, even if I switch back to keyboard controls. Stays like that until I go back to Character Select.
Now the question becomes, what to do now?
Play with a keyboard.
I would, except the keyboard I’m currently using would be nigh impossible to use consistently for gaming. Trust me on this one.

EDIT: Alright, I started using my old keyboard from my older PC. Works well though I’ll probably have to spend a ton of time learning how to play on Keyboard.

Also can someone show me the some kinda tutorial video with a system/mechanic breakdown and also how some of these other systems work as it is a F2P and does some things different to the fighting genre. Really curious as to how they’re doing because i always wondered how F2P would work with a fighter long before some companies finally caught on to that part of gaming. You need a beta key to play the game. They’re pretty hard to come by, some places sell them but they’re a pain to deal with and keys are quite expensive right now.

sadly they nerfed cloud. you can not grenade after a grenade anymore. his corner combo from grenade into super is completely gone
or any move right after a grenade connects or is thrown all except his knife and his barrel roll uppercut. everything else must wait for a 3 sec cool down
