Here’s the method I used:

You need a beta key and a verified Chinese QQ account.

Instructions

1. Create a QQ account at this link: http://zc.qq.com/en/index.html?from=pt
   REMEMBER YOUR QQ ID AND THE BIRTHDATE YOU ENTERED!

2. Generate a Chinese ID number over here:
   http://idgen.larskort.org/?page=backid

• Enter any 6 digits in the first textbox
• Enter your birthdate (same as you entered on the QQ registration) in the second textbox
• Click the blue button. A window will popup with a list of generated IDs. Save one of them.

3. Authorize your QQ account over here: http://jkyx.qq.com/web2010/authoriz.htm

• Click on the sidebar to login
• Enter your name in the first box (I used my QQ name)
• Enter the generated ID in the second
• Leave the 3rd box and options untouched
• Click the link to authorize (use Google Translate if you’re having trouble figuring it out)

4. Stay logged into QQ, and go to this site to authorize your key: http://xd.qq.com/web201303/cdkey.shtml

• Enter the key in the first box,

DON’T BOTHER DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THE GAME IF YOU CAN’T GET THE PREVIOUS STEPS WORKING.

5. Download the game using the client or direct download:
   Client:
   http://down.qq.com/cof/dltools/XD_V1.9.35.1_DL_signed.exe

DD:
http://down.qq.com/cof/full/XD_V1.9.35.1.exe

It’s about 1.2GB in size

6. Install the game. NOTE: The game will NOT install correctly if your system locale is set to Japan (found out the hard way)

7. Run the game using the launcher

8. In the popup that appears, enter your QQ ID (not the generated Chinese ID) in the first box, and your password in the second. This screen is a bit buggy but it should work

9. If you’ve followed all the previous steps correctly, it should take you to another screen where have to choose between XZD and another option (dunno what it is). Click on XZD

I don’t like how only one character has access to roll cancelled normals and ex moves…seems like he is the only finished character in the game.

he is the only one has EX move as the developers only try to test how EX moves will be in XD . So …

Apparently, you have a different idea from the rest of the people here and I truly hope you are right. Some people act like the game is finished and things can’t change but I’m optimistic.

Every character have own special abilty, Yan have roll cancelled and ex move, but Lynn have Super Cancel and HSDM

A few other characters have HSDM type moves so that’s not really exclusive and some don’t have anything that makes them special that we know of yet. Either the devs are picking and choosing who they want to have these sorts of things or they are testing these subsystems.
