I really could not disagree more with you, but instead of arguing opinions, I’ll just address these. You CAN juggle after a counter hit j.CD or stand CD. You do have to make sure it’s counter hit though and not what looks like a counter hit. If the “Counter” title doesn’t pop up, you’re not getting a juggle. Maybe you weren’t connecting fast enough, I don’t know. Secondly, the only character with EX special moves is Yan, and they aren’t gimmicks. His EX DP is just as fast as his A DP but more invincible than his C DP, QCB+AC launches very high for juggle potential, QCF+BD is a teleport instead of a counter, so on and so forth. Also, EX moves don’t give you free juggle in XIII either, that’s a specific move property that SOME EX moves have, but not all. In this game there are non EX moves that have the same property like Brazel’s Storm Bringer or Ameth’s air throw.
What is the command for triggering Max mode and is there a shortcut button for it?
It’s just BC, and probably. Remember that the default keyboard controls are UJ for A and C and IK for B and D, so look for I+J.
I probably messed the timing then (and could not test in training, did not find the options) because I tried a lot of times with 2 or 3 differents characters in versus mode. As for the EX moves I was sure I made some ex moves with another char, can’t remember what made me think that. I’ll try more deeply tomorrow then, thanks for the tech notes !

u really need a chinese id for this game? i m using my old qq account (created in 2010 back in italy) without any chinese ID stuff and i ve no problem to activate/verify my account…strange…
I got the activation key just fine, but needed to use a Chinese ID when I tried to log into the game client the first time.
What happened to the guy who made this thread? I haven’t seen him come back in here in forever.
Hey how do you guys play with Legend? I know he was playable in the previous builds, I don’t even see him in the character select screen. He was the character I wanted to use too

So manage to go as far as activate account and made profile for XD. But when I notice my pad not working and attempt to reset program. I come to hurdle after logging in.
On the main website where do they list the task to complete for credits?
It’s in the game with the rest of the tasks. Any of them with the reward that has a picture of a card with “Points” on it will give you credit. You can generally figure out what the requirements are by the picture and the number.
Ah ok Im assuming they are all online based tasks?
For the most part. It’s basically “Win 10 games”, or “Play 5 games with friends”. The ones that are kinda not based on online are the ones like “Play for 30 minutes/1 hour/2 hours” or “Log in for 2 consecutive days”. Although it doesn’t keep track of how many days you log in unless you do something, either arcade mode or playing a match online. You can’t just log in then quit.

Seems like the game is offline right now. I did read something about a service downtime so I guess we’re in it.
I’m not sure, but I think the game’s undergoing an update. I got kicked off mid-match and I can’t seem to be able to log back in.
