I setup a QQ account and went through the process of getting a key in the above link Rexx posted but where do they send it? Should I get in my email address or do I need to log on to my QQ account somewhere else?
I seriously need to get around to making me another account since I lost my old one from reformatting but I’m assuming that you still need a beta key, right?
If anyone gets an activation key from the new layout, tell me (and try to remember which answers you selected!) that it works and I’ll rework the guide for creating accounts so we can get more people in here.
Well I can tell you the questions so we might be able to figure out the correct answers. The first one is “How often do you play fighting games?” basically, listing Street Fighter, King of Fighters, and Blazblue with the most raadical fucking translated name ever, Chong Wing Apocalypse. The answers are often, sometimes, and never.
Question 2 is “Which move takes the most inputs?” The answers I have no god damn idea. I think the first one is some sort of DP because it has anti in the translation.
Question 3 is “Which of these moves will NOT hit an opponent in the air?” I don’t know which moves they’re talking about but the first one sounds like a DP and the third one sounds like cr.C, so I think the middle answer is the correct one.
Question 4 is “What is the most appealing part of fighting games?” I don’t know what the first one is, the second one sounds like movement, and the third one is basically saying figuring out the mechanics/learning the game.
I’m trying on a daily basis to get an account on my QQ so I can give that out. A Chinese student helped me a couple weeks ago to get one with his account… who knew nothing about fighting games and clicked randomly…
Those of you playing, do you know how to raise ranks? The one under EXP makes me assume there’s ranked battles.
You rank up by playing matches. It’s not really used for matchmaking although it should be. I don’t particularly enjoy ruining some level 5’s day because he doesn’t know how to play or what his characters do.
Yes, there were character rebalances but the changelist was an image so there’s no machine translation. What I’ve noticed is that they altered juggle potentials to get rid of all the loops. Kula’s ice reps are gone, the Shirley KOFXIII combo doesn’t work, and Kaoru only gets one butt > dive rep now. Otherwise, Shirley’s cr.A cancels so she feels soooooo good now. Also, it seems Brazel’s f.B has more range since you can do cr.B cr.B st.B f.B j.hcf+K without the command normal whiffing from some spacings.
As for ranking, I believe that it’s tied to the clan system. Joining one will probably help boost your rank.
There isn’t even an offline mode in the game, so if you COULD play it offline without a key you’d basically get training mode and that’s it. It’s basically a League of Legends style fighting game, so yes you need an activation key.
For those who actually got the keys what day and time did you get them? Please state your timezone so that I can adjust accordingly since I live in London, UK.
