Can anyone confirm that LK Phoenix Talon is +3 on block? That doesn’t seem right.
If it is, that means it’s a free reversal and you have no reason NOT to use it if you think you’re in trouble, since it has strike invincibility during its entire startup.
I’m starting to get reading the frame data but I’m confused on a bunch of things like how stance canceling would effect the numbers. I see that some people do a wave crest right after stance canceling from cl st.HP or cl st.MP for a frame trap. How can you tell from the frame data how much block advantage from a normal you’re in after stance canceling? Just want to understand as much information as possible from these charts. I’m a newbie at reading frame data.
