From reviews so far it seems the combat in the game leaves a bit to be desired. So far reviews are varied but metacritic hasn’t put up IGN shitting on it yet.

I didn’t know that Peter Molyneux had left Microsoft a week ago. He’s being replaced by Phil Harrison now.

heh, that sounds like such a load of foolishness… like they want to fuck up any kind of dominance they could have in the next console era. I’m really hoping the rumors are bullshit, but then I remember that in this industry… companies have made incredibly stupid decisions all the time, and the people that run things are typically way out of touch with what makes sense.

C’mon, where the hell is a Mech Assault 3? I didn’t play much of part 1 but that 2nd one was such a good time…that shit was golden… but now it’s just a forgotten thing from the previous generation. Now would be such a good time since mech games appear to be coming back in style…

MA1 and 2 online multiplyer was GDLKE, Atlas was toptier but even so it was a very balanced game. It was so fun and simple back when XBL wasn’t a clusterfuck of douchebags.

I will bet Dr, Evil voice: “1 million dollars” MS’s next console will be disc based but will also incorporate a dlc model like ps3 currently does, it’s just too risky not to.

This looks like it has great potential for fun. The only issue I see so far has to do with how fast that reticule can move in terms of aiming around your character on a PS3 or 360 Controller. The way how they have it set up looks like it’d be better for something like a mouse/pointer especially considering how fast it’s moving…I’m pretty sure this isn’t being done on a traditional controller. I’m sure it can be fixed and set up for one though.

I played a little more CoE yesterday. I think I’m over-doing it. My arm was actually getting tired. I do like that I feel like a flamboyant anime character doing all those motions. Still not sure how much I like the game, but it feels better than Rez so far.

^Which is smart if you think about it. Let 2012 be all about the 360 for one last time and then announce and release the next Xbox in 2013. I hate the feeling of having to wait so long for a new console while the current one suffers not having any good games. Plus Halo 4 needs to stand out.

Been playing Saints Row 3. Game is a lot of fun and some of the classic movie references is hilarious. I have my going doing the Ace Ventura for his taunt, and the House Party dance for his ‘compliment/props’. I really like how you can power up your guy and gang through buying abilities.

Also, this week Armored Core V, RE: Operaction Raccoon City, and NG3 are dropping. Anyone picking up any of these? I’m tempted to just get all 3 but my backlog is ridiculous right now.

I’m keeping my eye on it, should be decent, but the fact that it has my interest at all is saying a lot since the fps market is so crowded. Anyways forget that ish for now go play Alan Wake!

Haven’t played 360 in forever, got back into L.A. Noire actually going to beat it this year lol but yeah this game is amazing. Fuck all the idiots expecting it to be like GTA and just wanting to kill people and fuck hookers for 10 hours.

Popped in Shadows of the Damned to finish it, last time I played was June 26th of last year…I need to stop procrastinating on these half finished titles.

Also the AvP game a year or so back was good, dunno what you are smoking. MP wise it was annoying but I didn’t buy it for that.
