yes! unless you use your arcade stick a lot then no.

but it is much easier and flows very nicely

yall have xbox live rewards? pretty sweet

just signed up but haven’t gotten a chance to bomb on live yet

Yes. I honestly feel that that they should make all their controllers with it built in. It adds a bit of weight but not a whole lot and as another poster already said it flows with the controller and NEVER gets in the way of gaming. I can’t go back to life without it.

as posted in our shmup thread…

Bangai-O HD: Missile Fury is out May 4th! That’s my birthday!

or how about an arcade stick where you can slide open the panel to reveal a full size keyboard?

…You need to take that to the Tech forum. NOW!

Totally. I got once from a friend of my wifes for X-Mas and thought nothing of it at all, but use it frequently. Great for banging out actual full thoughts in XBL texts, rather than just “GG”.

I wish I could hook it up to my TE, but even with unhooking my stick and turning on the pad it saves a massive amount of time.

I also agree it should be a standard with their controllers.

The chat pads are totally worth it.

I have one of those chat pads but I never use it. It is much better than using the controller to send a message though. The only thing I dont like about it is that it lights up and that sucks the battery life up.

So I went to Gamestop last night to pick up a new hard drive. I got a 250gb hdd and after I paid for it I thought to ask the guy about the data transfer cable. He looked down into my bag and then said “you can buy one for 19.99 if we have any.” So I told him to go get one because the hdd is kinda worthless without that. Turns out they didnt have any. Good thing my buddy did have one and he didnt have a problem letting me use it.

Anyhow, he told me to use this program called xport360 instead of just doing the trasfer through the xbox itself. Anyone know why I would use xport instead? Whats the advantage to using it outside of being able to back everything up on my hard drive?

Does anybody else notice that “DmC” is suspiciously absent from the Captivate 2011 lineup? Maybe the game finally fell into the same development pit as Mega Man Universe. Just sayin’.

Hey in Assassins Creed Brotherhood can you unequip your cross bow? I bought the thing and I don’t ever use it and it’gly as fuck in Ezios back and i just hate the fucking thing. Please tell me I can ditch the damn thing.

The lights only come on when you actually use it and go off after like a couple of seconds.

I figured that out the first time I used it. I still dont like the fact that it lights up and drains the battery.

I tried that program that my friend told me to use, xport 360, and the damn thing just crashed every time I pluged my hard drive into it. So I just did the transfer through the xbox. Worked fine so I dont really understand why he told me to use that program.

^But what if you are in the dark?

So I’m looking forward to purchasing Dirt 3 if only because of the silly party modes.

Then turn on a light and save your eyes some strain.

Trouble Witches Neo finally comes out on 4/27.

Just finished Dragon Age. 1750/1750. Gonna take a break for a while before DA II. I don’t know if I’m going to finish Fallout, start Dead Space, or start Dante’s Inferno.

Dante’s Inferno was surprisingly fun, imo… but it’s a good thing it came out and I played it before God of War 3. It’s also a fairly easy game to get all achievements/trophies out of. The only thing is finding all the Judas silvers or whatever they’re called… I used a youtube vid for that. (*quite a few of those are easy to miss, and this isn’t a game where you can simply backtrack to get what you missed. Actually, you can’t go back for any reason…so missing even 1 ruins that whole save game in terms of finding all silvers; you’d have to start all over.)

I hear so many complaints of repetitive areas in Dragon Age II… I figure it’s best to wait on a price drop there. The demo gave it a good first impression for me though.

Dishwasher 2, folks. <—get that immediately. SO GOOD?

Just keep in mind the only thing in common between DA and DA2 is the name.

IS there a place (link) That I can save that has a constant rotation of a Game scheduel?

I can’t get a fucking job (thinkin about unemployment, but dunno how that looks for later jobs) haha and yeah, have to be selective with my games… can’t go buying shyt like Gundom anymore, lmao…

Dante’s Inferno was alot of fun. Plus its pretty quick. You can get all the achievements in less than 20 hours or so, if I remember correctly.
