The idea of Storm being a horseman of Apocalypse is great, intriguing, practically genius. She comes from a barren land that was thought the be the origin of mankind and now it’s almost destroyed by Western civilization… she commands the forces of nature… perfect background to become a horseman of Apocalypse, IMO.
As for the whiner saying “this is not like in the comics, bwaaah bwaaah!”, why don’t you check the Ultimate Marvel comics? They also took a shit ton of liberties with the mythos to create different versions and it was very well-received. It seems you’re nothing but a Marvel bitch that says “if it doesn’t say Marvel everything they change is illegitimate, it’s going to suck, only Marvel knows, they’re always right!”. Go back to your cradle, annoying crybaby.
It’s bad enough Mystique is once again front and center but wasn’t she all “say it loud, I’m mutant and I’m proud” in all the other movies? So why the hell is she walking around disguising her true form? I mean I know why they’re doing it (Jennifer Lawrence=$) but it just seems so shallow.
This movie looks awful and unfortunately it’s going to make a shit load of money ensuring that the bastardization of one of the greatest comic book franchises of all time continues for another decade.
The Deadpool franchise should stay as far away from the Singer-verse as it can.
But the X-Men are fucked up, that’s their thing. Humans hate mutants, them dying all the time, and a whole bunch of other shit. If the X-Men have a happy ending in any medium, it damn sure won’t last long.
