The combos in this game are too easy in relation to the damage that they do
That being said…
The characters I want to try the most are Spiderman, Wolverine, X-23, Deadpool, Arthur, Chun-Li, The Darkstalkers, Wesker, Zero, and Tron Bonne.
I could see myself playing the Darkstalkers team as a matter of fact.
In the end I’ll probably play a team I feel comfortable with that is broken or cheap
I kinda feel the same way about AH3 tho in a way. In AH3 tho it seems the bigger the combo the more the damage is scaled down which isn’t a bad way of balancing things out I guess. I want to try and play Arthur too. Looks like he is played best at mid to max range. Modok appeals to me also. I want to play Thor too. I’m sure I won’t have just one set team but a few different teams with different variations. Super Skrull was a lot of fun when I played him at Fight Club and Dorammu looks cool.

marvel is a 3 character team game though. and im pretty sure you cant get those 100% combos on all 3 characters, or probably not even 2 characters. ah3 and mvc3 look balanced as far as damage outpot.
True I’m just saying it’s not hard to do 50% damage with one combo in AH3.
The 19th isn’t going to work for the next Tracks tourney so it’s looking like March 5th for the next one. I’ll post up as soon as I know we have the venue for that date. I would’ve liked to do one on the 19th and the 5th but scheduling conflicts arose. The 5th should be good tho. Gives everybody a little more time to dig into MVC3.

you can’t ground tech
so basically, its gonna be ground garbage -> launcher -> air combo -> ground slam -> move or assist to pick up off the ground (insert xfactor and repeat) -> HC. I think even without xfactor it’s gonna be 2 easy combos anyone can do even without blowing a bunch of meter per character kill and only 1 combo if you are down to your last character.
speaking of marvel (and arcana heart 3) who is going to 247gamr in chicago this month on the 26th? The best comp between Wisconsin and Illinois will be there for all the games featured. You Milwaukee guys should organize a trip down there that day. I know Nappy won’t miss out on the tournament. Who else is going?
