Sorry this is not possible on the Eightarc line of joysticks due to the missing mode button.
It usually takes 5-7 business days to ship from San Francisco to the East Coast after generating the tracking number. It may take 1-3 business days for us to process your order.
We personally feel that are joysticks are the best, but this is our opinion. =)
hey not sure if anyone has had this problem but it seems my usb cable has a short somewhere in the cable causing the stick to lose its connection/power? im pretty sure im out of warranty so i checked inside and nothing is loose inside as far as i can tell, so i started messing with just the cable it only happens when the part of the cord that has the stopper is moved. the cable is not strained in any way so im just wondering/asking for advice!

I still love my eightarc ISO Pearl… I am going to refinish it soon with actual pearlescent white.
I have a Q2 Glow and it’s awesome, really nice stick. My only issues are the cable is noticably shorter than my Madcatz stick and the balltop unscrewed within a week. Not a huge deal, but as the shaft has the loose plastic cover around it there’s no way to grip the stick and screw the balltop back on. Can’t say I was too impressed with immediately having to open it up and void the warranty on a stick that cost me an awful lot to buy from the UK.
I just remembered it didn’t come with any instructions either, you have to press “turbo” and “select” to cycle through the LED modes. This isn’t made clear anywhere.
(I know it’s obviously the buyer’s responsibility and not Eightarc’s to know this, but incase anyone asks, Royal Mail will want another £30 before they release the package after it clears through customs. They’ll send a letter requesting the money, so call them and pay as soon as it clears if you don’t want to wait even longer for delivery.)

Regarding the Drone, does it have an x-input mode like the new Hori HRAP.V ?
You guys were also advertising your new Qanba Crystal stick that is PS3/PS4 compadable with a touch pad. When is this stick coming out?
It does not. We hope to have an updated version some time in the future that includes x-input mode natively.
We don’t have a date yet for the Qanba Crystal, but once we do, we will make an announcement.
